Shipping

All orders are currently sent from Wellington, NZ but will be delivered to you by Australia Post (no border costs). We are working with partners to re-establish Australian-based shipping.  

All delivery time frames are estimates only.

Order Processing: Please allow up to 24 hours for processing on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends. Where possible, this is automated to speed up delivery.

Tracking reference:  A tracking reference is emailed to you when it is made available by the Delivery Provider. 

New Zealand – All NZ orders are shipped from our HQ on the Kapiti Coast, Wellington. 

Books and other products are shipped from our New Zealand HQ and will take 3  – 7 business days. For all other countries, please allow 7 – 14 business days.

Brollysheets products are only available for shipping to Australia and New Zealand.

International Courier shipping options - Any shipping options labelled International Courier are sent from New Zealand or the United Kingdom and may attract customs border taxes. Customers are responsible for paying these, and delivery may take longer if held up for border processing.

Returns Policy

Anzacare accepts returns of bedwetting alarms purchased from this website that are returned in their original, resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. If you return an alarm the actual original delivery costs may be deducted from your return refund.

If your order is damaged during delivery, we will replace the item providing a claim is made within seven days of receipt and the goods are subsequently returned to us.

Because of health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of USED bedwetting alarms.

Undelivered Items
In the event that you do not receive your order because it is lost or incorrectly delivered, don't hesitate to get in touch with us on 1800-124-737. It should be noted, however, that delivery times can be longer than usual during holiday periods such as Christmas or BFCM due to heavy postal demand.
