Thank you for the alarm. We used it with our 5 yo boy and within a week he was gaining better control at night and within a month he was dry and able to get himself up through the night. To hold it in place in his underpants better I would insert it into a woman sanitary pad by cutting a slit towards one end and opening it up to form a pocket.  This allow the sensor to be located at the correct location to be triggered.  It took a few trials to get the right sanitary pad; either they couldn't be cut to make a pocket or some materials were a bit water repellent. We have now passed it on to other family members to use with their children. Many thanks, Brad
