Thank you Jack We purchased an alarm that was faulty . once we advised Jack of this he promptly replaced the alarm with a new one. We have been using the alarm since and we have had only one bed wet since. We have not had a bed wet for the past 3 weeks It is amazing and we are truly appreciative! Thank you Best regards Ange
